Food used to be simple and healthy for us. Now everything we want to eat as a guilty pleasure or a snack has a million and one ingredients in it. This almost always means its unhealthy and overprocessed.

We wanted something tasty but also healthy to snack on. So we made chips with just potato, beef tallow and salt. The only ingredients you need and the only ones you want.
